Purpose, scope

The data controller records and manages the data required to complete the Beta Questionnaire and the data generated during the completion of the questionnaire. The legal basis for data processing is Section 3 (1) (a) of Act LXIII of 1992 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Publicity of Data of Public Interest (hereinafter: Data Protection Act), i.e. the consent of the data subject. During the procedure, in order to complete and evaluate the Beta Questionnaire, the data controller records and processes the following data of the subject: natural identity data (name, e-mail address); test results. The data controller may forward the registered data to the investigator, who is also entitled to store and manage the transmitted data. The controller is also entitled to transmit the registered data for statistical purposes in a non-personally identifiable manner. Each data controller is bound by the obligations arising from the Data Protection Act to the extent of the data processed by them. |
Who can access the data? |
To the extent justified by its procedure, the data controller shall be entitled to inspect the registers kept by the controller: a. the head of the data controller; b. persons personally involved in data processing authorised by the head of the data processing body; c. the competent staff of the controller in the performance of their duties; d. the principal of the given task of the data controller. e. the person included in the database - to view his/her own data; f. the court in connection with labour proceedings; g. national security acting in their duties; services, and the investigating authority, the public prosecutor and the court in criminal proceedings initiated in connection with public service relationships; h. the public prosecutor acting in the exercise of his or her legal function as prosecutor. At the request of a study participant, you may have access to his/her own data as long as it is stored in a personally identifiable manner. This insight may be provided by the data controller in conjunction with the investigation, also in electronic form. |
Data security measures |
The data controller ensures the security of the data and takes all technical and organizational measures necessary to enforce the Data Protection Act and other data and confidentiality rules. It protects data against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as against accidental destruction and damage. |
Correction and correction of data |
You may request the correction or correction of the data of the participant of the study. The data controller may, at its own discretion, fulfil its correction obligation by attaching the correction of the test person to the original material. At the request of the trial person, the data controller shall provide information on the data processed by him, his activities related to data management, as well as who received or received the data and for what purpose. With regard to data generated during the investigation but not processed by them at that time, each controller shall inform the applicant to which controller he or she may address his or her request in the given matter. |
Duration of data processing |
Following the investigation, regardless of its effectiveness, the data controller is entitled to store and retain the data for 5 years. The data is then deleted from its records or anonymised. The data controller is entitled to delete or anonymize the data prior to this date, but is obliged to do so thereafter. The person participating in the examination may decide at any time that the results of his/her competency tests cannot be used or recorded. In this case, it acknowledges that it may be excluded from the rest of the investigation and bears the consequences of the failed investigation. |
Enforcement options |
The participant of the investigation may object to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act. You may exercise your legal enforcement options in court under the Data Protection Act and the Civil Code, and may also request the assistance of the Data Protection Commissioner (seat: 1051 Budapest, Nádor u. 22. postal address: 1387 Budapest Pf. 40.). Consent to the processing of data |
